Rodger was great- this is our first home purchase and we had him come out for our buyers home inspection. He was thorough, talked us through everything and went above and beyond on the inspection! Highly recommend him, he really helped give us peace of mind on this big purchase! We also received the report same day!!!

Roger Ketterman is the way to go for home inspections. He is a down to earth guy very nice and very thorough. Took tons of pictures let me know every detail of what needs to be fixed and honest! Great price for a home inspection!! I've met a lot of home inepsection companies who just walk threw and dont even do anything just say yah this property is OK and thats it. Roger inspected everything and let me know everything that needed to be fixed with pictures and details on everything on a very professional platform! I would highly recommend Roger ketterman and associates. Very responsive and fast to answer the phone and all the questions you may have. I will definitely be using them again in the future. As a first time home buyer, using Ketterman and Associates amazing experience. Roger was able to squeeze us in on short notice. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took me through the entire inspection, explained how various pieces of equipment worked, when they should receive maintenance, and be replaced. We will definitely be calling again for our 11 month inspection.

Had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ketterman. He was very friendly, patient, and took his time to walk us through everything. He gave me an honest and thorough inspection. His report was very detailed with photos and even gave me great recommendations. He has excellent communication and a smooth interaction. Roger was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Most of all Roger was HONEST!! As soon as I arrived Roger stated he would not be charging me the $425 inspection fee as he commented there was more wrong with the house than right. However, he spent several hours with the contractor pointing out costly repairs. I was about to purchase the home, but thanks to Roger I avoided a very costly purchase that would not have given me the return I was looking for. Thanks Roger!!

Roger was awesome! He came out the same day we called, which we really appreciated. He handled the mold sampling thoroughly and professionally, and even took the time to explain everything to us. We learned so much about how mold works and what to watch out for. Super friendly, super knowledgeable—definitely recommend him if you need help with mold stuff!

Mr. Ketterman is straight to the point and he is very personable he educates home owners on what steps to do to not spend a ton of money. I hired him to see if I had mold and the moisture in the air and he gave me advice on what to buy and do. He has saved me a shiny penny. 100% recommend 10/10 service.

Roger was incredible! I was concerned about a stain in our new house and quickly became anxious that mold might be present everywhere. However, Roger calmly reassured me that we would investigate the issue and find a solution. He was swift and timely in his responses. Arrived on time and took samples of several areas that we suspected had mold. He gave us some recommendations on how to mitigate the issue. Thank you!
