Roger Ketterman is the way to go for home inspections. He is a down to earth guy very nice and very thorough. Took tons of pictures let me know every detail of what needs to be fixed and honest! As a first time home buyer, using Ketterman and Associates amazing experience. Roger was able to squeeze us in on short notice. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took me through the entire inspection, explained how various pieces of equipment worked, when they should receive maintenance, and be replaced. We will definitely be calling again for our 11 month inspection.

Roger was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Most of all Roger was HONEST!! As soon as I arrived Roger stated he would not be charging me the $425 inspection fee as he commented there was more wrong with the house than right. However, he spent several hours with the contractor pointing out costly repairs. Roger was awesome! He came out the same day we called, which we really appreciated. He handled the mold sampling thoroughly and professionally, and even took the time to explain everything to us.
