Excellent experience.. Mr. Roger was very professional, responded quickly and arrived right on time. The inspection was extremely thorough, and I received a detailed report with photos the very same day.

What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and the willingness to answer all of my questions. Even after the inspection, he took the time to discuss the report and provide additional guidance.

I called Mr Ketterman and asked about mold inspections, he answered right away. He got out to us quickly and addressed our issues. He throughly communicated some mitigation techniques to ensure the problems wouldn’t come back. Highly recommend 10/10 for all inspection needs.
